'{J D]AcM 原料1：西兰花，我们这个卖4块5一斤，我买了四块钱的，胡萝卜我买了一根五毛钱的。

l/p 步骤1：西兰花把根稍微切掉点，然后用手掰成小朵就行了，然后洗一下。
g$OP'[.Jt 步骤2：胡萝卜洗一下，可以去皮也可以不去，切片。
O,u{|4Oh/z 步骤3：锅中烧水，水开加点盐，倒入西兰花过一下水，2分钟就可以了，时间不要太长。
_1QRdQ5a 步骤2：水再次开的时候倒入胡萝卜，过水一分钟捞起。
,V_'~'L-v qy 步骤3：先用淀粉勾加水点芡。
9zN4f;o5T\(z$L 步骤4：锅中底油，油热倒入西兰花和胡萝卜，大火翻炒2分钟。
E:`Qh)I*a1b 步骤5：然后加盐，鸡精，倒入芡粉翻炒就可以起锅了。
