凉瓜蚝豉排骨煲
材料:苦瓜1条,排骨1条斩小件,红椒1个,蚝豉,豆豉,姜,蒜适量6JD9n(gx[ps

1、苦瓜去核切小块用盐腌10分钟,抓干水分,蚝豉用清水泡开洗净,豆豉用水泡一下捞起,姜、蒜切成米,红椒小块sD*F#ENnZ^O'w
2、排骨用生粉、糖、盐腌10分钟、烧热油用大火煎炒一下,略微金黄时铲起待用

3、余油烧热,放下豆豉、姜、蒜爆香,再加入蚝豉、苦瓜溅酒翻炒,加入两碗由清水、蚝油、糖混好的调料水煮滚,再放入排骨,慢火煮至水不多时放红椒翻炒一下,加盖煮2分钟就可以了。)^EwxfS4DV)J
