1、建议用打蛋器来调面糊,以使面糊更均匀细滑,无面粉疙瘩。

2、土豆丝要尽量切细一点,太粗的土豆丝很难与面糊混合均匀,又不容易煎熟煎透。

3、用平底锅来煎饼,比较容易控制火候,而且煎的土豆饼受热较均匀。
