1、猪里脊(也可以用牛里脊)切片,注意原则横切牛羊,竖切猪,猪肉要顺着纹理切成片,拍上一层薄淀粉备用

2、葱姜蒜末下油锅翻炒出香味,放入豆瓣酱编炒一分钟

3、如果豆瓣酱多,则不用放盐,放一勺糖,加水烧开

4、放入大白菜(或者你喜欢的蔬菜),焯熟将蔬菜捞出备用

5、将肉片轻轻滑入汤里
