先准备原料喽:排骨500G切块(这个老板可以为你效劳噢),老豆腐500G浸淡盐水二十分钟后切块(老豆腐浸过盐水后很香的,尤其是煲汤的时候,最好不要用盒豆腐),大白菜适量切三段(买了一颗,当然不要全用完啦,掰几片就行了),西红柿两个(挑最红的那种噢),胡萝卜半根切丁,老姜切片,大蒜头拍扁,另外再准备二根小葱(补充:以上原料要先洗干净噢呵呵)来张片片吧~~)J U9t zS+I5s

先锅里注水,等水烧开后倒入排骨过一下水,让排骨里的血水和外面那层油浮上来。

把水倒掉,排骨放入煲中,再加西红柿,姜片,胡萝卜丁,大蒜头,滴几滴黄酒,加水适量(别太少,因为要烧很久呢,当然也表太多啦,要浮出来的,根据煲的大小而定)。3]:gji6S Esl
