做法:猪肋条洗净、抹干,剁成4-5厘米长段,摆入菜盆 *Z%c Qh1t^!H

用压力锅隔水蒸制,猛火加压后转小火,蒸25分钟。将豆豉切碎,与辣椒碎、花椒碎放入调料碗中,用烧至高温的花生油浇面,加入足够的酱油浸泡。花生米用油炸好备用。蒸透的排骨用小勺舀去浮油和多余的汤汁。炸好的花生米放入排骨中间,将调好的调料浇至菜面,撒上葱粒即可。 %qO.S
