什锦炒年糕
材料 :年糕片,大虾三只(烫卷,头/壳留用),鲜菇菌,节瓜切片,胡箩卜切片,珍珠洋葱切片,辣椒切片, 韭菜切段。-T2le)@$wwR(@"R

调味料 :高汤一饭碗(虾头/壳用少许油,姜,葱,蒜爆香后加两饭碗水,半大匙辣椒粉,少许料酒熬煮至剩下一碗),老抽半大匙,糖小半茶匙,盐/味精适量。+ie n

做法 :一大匙油烧热,放进鲜菇菌/胡箩卜/珍珠洋葱/辣椒翻炒片刻,加入高汤,年糕,节瓜,其它调味料,烧煮至汤汁即将收干,放进虾/韭菜拌均即可。
