辅料:黄酒,老抽,桂皮,桂枝,草果,花椒,大料,老干妈辣酱,干辣椒,葱,姜,糖,盐,鸡精。

1.把肘子放入冷水中泡几个小时去血去腥(我一直觉得英国的猪有腥味,可能我对味道很挑剔)[/size]
