將牛奶與鮮奶油倒入裝有馬鈴薯泥的鍋子裡,放入花椰菜一起加熱 (這次用的是紫色花椰菜),加熱時可以用湯匙稍微攪拌一下,確認馬鈴薯泥均勻混合至牛奶裡
